Organic Spring Salad Sprouting Seed Mix

Healthy and Tasty Mix for Salads

The Organic Spring Salad Sprouting Seed Mix consists of 1/4 each of broccoli, radish, red clover, and alfalfa—blended to create a flavorful, balanced mix of textures and tastes. This combination offers a mild to peppery profile that enhances sandwiches, salads, and wraps with a fresh, crunchy bite. Perfect for indoor growing, this mix sprouts quickly without soil or sunlight, making it an easy and nutritious option for home gardeners and healthy eaters alike.

To grow, soak the seeds for several hours, then rinse and drain twice daily using a sprouting jar or tray. In just 4 to 6 days, you’ll have a vibrant harvest of fresh sprouts ready to enjoy. Store finished sprouts in the refrigerator and consume within a few days for optimal flavor and nutritional benefit.

Broccoli sprouts, in particular, contain high levels of the cellular detoxifier sulforaphane, a compound studied for its potential to prevent cancer and support immune system rejuvenation. This makes the Spring Salad Mix not only delicious but also a powerful addition to a wellness-focused lifestyle.
