This page explains a limited germination guarantee for eligible seed garlic purchased directly from Grow Organic. It does not guarantee crop survival, bulb size, or harvest yield.
Eligibility and Deadlines
- Planting deadline: November 15.
- Claim window: Contact us within 45 days of purchase or delivery.
- Final deadline: Claims submitted after December 31 will be denied.
- Purchase requirement: The seed garlic must have been purchased directly from Grow Organic.
What the Guarantee Covers
We guarantee that eligible seed garlic will germinate when planted according to our Garlic Planting & Growing Guide. If more than 50% of the garlic fails to germinate and the claim is approved, we will issue store credit—not a refund—for the garlic purchase price, excluding shipping.
What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
We cannot guarantee continued plant health, bulb sizing, or harvest results because soil preparation, fertility, weeds, pests, disease, weather, temperature, irrigation, and other growing conditions are outside our control.
How to Make a Claim
- Allow enough time for emergence while remaining within the 45-day claim window.
- Document the planting and the extent of the germination problem. We may require photographs.
- Contact Customer Service before the deadline.
