Grilled Summer Squash with Garlic & Herb Marinade
- 4 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
- Pinch of Fine Salt
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- Fresh Herbs, Minced
- Summer Squash (ie. Zucchini, Yellow Summer Squash, Pattypan Squash)

Combine the garlic and salt in a small bowl and allow to sit for a few minutes (this will help bring out the garlic flavor). Add the olive oil and fresh minced herbs of your choice to the bowl and mix together. Cut your squash into broad, 1/4" slices and brush each side with the garlic marinade. Grill for about 3 minutes on each side.
