Number of Servings:
4 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
Pinch of Fine Salt
¼ cup Olive Oil
Fresh Herbs, Minced
Summer Squash (ie. Zucchini, Yellow Summer Squash, Pattypan Squash)
- Combine the garlic and salt in a small bowl and allow to sit for a few minutes (this will help bring out the garlic flavor).
- Add the olive oil and fresh minced herbs of your choice to the bowl and mix together.
- Cut your squash into broad, ¼" slices and brush each side with the garlic marinade.
- Grill for about 3 minutes on each side.
