Easy to make and yummy too!

Ingredients


  • 4-5 Fuyu Persimmons chopped

  • 1 small or 1/2 big apple chopped

  • Juice of 1 fresh lime

  • 1 Tbs grated ginger

  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro

  • Dash of salt

  • 1/4 cup fresh pomegranate seeds

Mix together, let stand in refrigerator for about 1/2 hour.

Serve with chips of your choice
