Easy to make and yummy too!
- 4-5 Fuyu Persimmons chopped
- 1 small or 1/2 big apple chopped
- Juice of 1 fresh lime
- 1 Tbs grated ginger
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- Dash of salt
- 1/4 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
Number of Servings :6
Mix together, let stand in refrigerator for about 1/2 hour.
Serve with chips of your choice
