Bird Netting (14' X 14')

Keep Birds, Deer and Other Animals From Your Trees and Ponds

Bird Netting (14' x 14') is a versatile solution for protecting gardens, orchards, and ponds from birds and unwanted animals. Crafted from durable black polypropylene, this netting features a 5/8" x 3/4" mesh size that effectively keeps pests out while allowing sunlight, rain, and air to pass through. Use it to safeguard your fruits, vegetables, and ornamental plants—or to cover ponds and water features to block debris and deter curious wildlife like raccoons or cats.

Key Features:

  • Durable Material: Made from high-quality polypropylene for strength and longevity, even in harsh outdoor conditions.
  • Effective Mesh Size: The 5/8" x 3/4" mesh prevents birds and small animals from entering, while maintaining airflow and light for healthy plant and pond environments.
  • Multi-Purpose Coverage: Measuring 14 feet by 14 feet, this netting is ideal for garden beds, fruit trees, berry bushes, and ponds of similar size.
  • UV Stabilized: UV protection prevents sun damage, extending the netting’s lifespan season after season.
  • Humane and Safe: A non-toxic, wildlife-friendly way to protect your crops and ponds without harming animals.

Benefits:

  • Garden Protection: Defends fruits, vegetables, and ornamental plants from birds, rabbits, and other pests, reducing crop loss.
  • Pond Protection: Prevents leaves, debris, and animals from entering ponds, helping maintain cleaner water and healthier ecosystems.
  • Easy Installation: Lightweight and flexible for simple setup over plants, frames, or ponds.
  • Reusable: Designed for multi-season use, making it a cost-effective and eco-friendly solution.

Usage Instructions:

  1. Garden Use: Drape the netting over plants, trees, or garden beds and secure the edges with stakes, clips, or soil.
  2. Pond Use: Spread the netting across the pond surface and anchor the edges with rocks, stakes, or clips to keep animals and debris out.
  3. Securing: Ensure the edges are snug to prevent birds or animals from slipping underneath.
  4. Maintenance: Check periodically for damage and clean as needed for optimal performance.

Where's the quality control?

I bought 5 of these and they are not square as they should be. The widths are around 13 feet 4 inches. Hello! That's not 14 X 14. Don't call this 14 by 14 if it isn't. Gro Organic should stop dealing with this TENAX company until they get their act together!

Great product.

Our tomatoes were being attached by birds. This worked wonders at deterring them.

Not Cut To The Right Size

Other than the size problem it works great! I bought this to cover a 14x14 foot area, that I was planting Peaceful Valley's Chicken Pasture grass in, so I could keep the Quail out of while it was growing. However, someone in the factory didn't cut this one to the right size. On one side it was 14 feet, but someone cut it at an angle so that by the time you got to the other side it was only 10 feet.

Good for a Small Tree

I got this for my cherry tree. It fit over the roughly six foot tree well. This is the only way I get any cherries!
