Licorice - Glycyrrhiza glabra

Perennial. Cold-hardy, drought tolerant. Sweet roots are fall-harvested and dried.

Official Licorice Seeds (Glycyrrhiza glabra) offer a unique opportunity to cultivate a traditional herb known for its sweet roots and resilience. This perennial legume is native to the Mediterranean and thrives in warm, sunny climates. It is well-suited for USDA zones 7 through 11.
