Add Some Crunch to Your Sandwich

Adzuki bean sprouting seeds are a favorite among home gardeners and sprout enthusiasts for their mild, nutty flavor and high nutritional value. These small, reddish beans are easy to sprout at home and yield crunchy shoots that enhance salads, grain bowls, and stir-fries. Fast-growing and packed with plant-based protein, adzuki bean sprouts are a practical and satisfying addition to any kitchen garden routine.

To sprout adzuki beans, soak the seeds for 8 to 12 hours, then rinse and drain them twice a day. Within 4 to 6 days, you’ll have tender, ready-to-eat sprouts. Their crisp texture and subtle flavor make them versatile for both raw and lightly cooked dishes. Easy and tasty

Heard these were easy and tasty, and they are! Sprouted a bit slower than other smaller seeds. Trying them at different stages, still delicious as a longer sprout.
