    Fun to grow

    These came pretty fast, which I was happy about. I was a little concerned that the instructions were a little too vague, but I got a first flush in no time. It was really fun to watch them grow...sometimes even a couple hours gave a noticeable difference! I do wish there were some recipes that came with it, because I wasn't really sure what to do with them. I found a few recipes to pan fry them with some butter and thyme, so I did that. They came out ok, a little chewy, but I'm not sure if that's because I used too much of the stem, undercooked them, overcooked them, or that's just how they are. I will try the next batch in a soup probably.
