Valencia tomato

Seeds germinate quickly. Plants seem vigorous. Have not grown them long enough for them to fruit.

Nice and Meaty

A nice large variety. Had a problem with blossom end rot at first but I gave them a dose of calcium and they did okay after. They have nice large meaty tomatoes. I'm going to try some other varieties this year but that doesn't mean this one should be passed up.

Perfect germination rate

All seeds have sprouted, this variety took a little longer than the other 5 varieties I purchased but the sprouts looks strong and healthy and I’m really looking forward to trying these! We live in So Cal so finding heat resistant tomatoes can be a feat. Hoping these last the last few hot weeks of summer!

I put them in seed starter mix on a heating pad and they came up in days.
Waiting for the weather to warm up to put them outside.

I plant it every year

I'm admittedly a tomato addict. I can never narrow it down to less than 2 dozen plants. That being said, at least one is always a valencia! Prolific and very tasty. The big smooth orange orbs are beautiful against the green foliage as well as sliced on the plate.
