Planting & Growing:To Start Directly in the Garden:Space seed 4" apart, cover 1/2" deep and firms soil and keep bed moist until germination. Thin to 10-12". To Start Early Indoors: Two to three weeks before last frost, sow seed 2" apart in seed starting mix and cover 1/2" deep. Keep moist with a strong light source. Transplant outdoors 12-18" apart.
