Quick root is a great seed starter

I was recommended this as a replacement for Sungro’s Black Gold, as I was complaining to a friend the wetting agent holds on to too much moisture for my climate. So I bought this stuff and so far, so good! I like the coco coir and all of the extras. I haven’t had any of the issues that I’ve had with the Black Gold - even with a good soak, this doesn’t seem to ever become overly wet like Black Gold does.

This is my favorite seed starting mix. It's light and it encourages fast germination. My seedlings look healthy every year that I use it!
