Kale Chips

Yummy and Healthy Too!


  • Bunch of Kale

  • Olive Oil

  • Balsamic Vinegar

  • Salt and Pepper

Wash and de-vein the Kale leaves. Pat dry. Mix thoroughly in a bowl with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of aged Balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Place each leaf on a de-hydrating tray and follow instructions on dehydrator for drying vegetables.

If using an oven, place of cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes or until desired crispiness. 

Store in a paper sac with a chip clip to seal in freshness.
