Dormant Tree & Plant Limited Warranty

This video explains the general purpose of Grow Organic’s dormant tree and plant limited warranty and the records that can help if a plant arrives damaged or does not leaf out as expected.

Important: Warranty terms can change. The current warranty and customer-service instructions published by Grow Organic control all eligibility, deadlines, exclusions, documentation, and remedies; this educational article is not a substitute for those terms.

When your order arrives

  1. Open the package promptly.
  2. Inspect the roots, trunk, branches, and graft union.
  3. Photograph the full plant and any concern before planting.
  4. Keep roots cool and moist, never submerged or allowed to dry.
  5. Contact customer service promptly if you see significant shipping damage.

If a dormant plant has not leafed out

Keep order details, planting date, care notes, and clear photographs. A light scratch test on an appropriate small area can reveal green living tissue beneath the bark, but avoid repeatedly damaging the plant. Follow the current claim instructions before taking further action.
