Start here: your Grow Organic affiliate account
Welcome! This guide explains how to share tracked links and get help. The program is open to U.S.-based affiliates only. For all affiliate questions, email marketing@groworganic.com. Affiliate support is handled by email; Discord, social messages and other community services are not monitored for support.
- Sign in. Open the affiliate dashboard with the email address used in your application. Select Forgot Password if needed.
- Get your personal link. Open Banners and Links and use Referral Link to GrowOrganic.com. Copy the tracking link generated for your account. A normal store URL without your affiliate tracking information does not identify you as the referrer.
- Link to a product or collection. Choose Dynamic link, paste the GrowOrganic.com product or collection URL, then select Get code. Copy the generated tracking URL into your content. If an HTML snippet is shown, use it in an HTML block on your website; for social profiles, video descriptions or email links, use the tracking URL.
- Check your destination. Open the link to confirm it reaches the intended page. Check current availability, product details and shipping restrictions before sharing.
- Publish and review results. Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship near your recommendation. For example: “I may earn a commission if you buy through this link.” Use your dashboard to review clicks and commissions. Email us if you need help checking a link.
Tracking links, banners and discount codes
“Get code” is not a checkout discount code. It generates a tracking link or HTML for your content. Your referral ID identifies your affiliate account; it is not a coupon.
In Banners and Links, the standard campaign provides the GrowOrganic.com referral link, seed and bare-root-tree collection links, and two Grow Organic | Garden essentials HTML banners (300 × 250 and 728 × 90). Choose a banner, select Get code, and paste the complete generated HTML into a website HTML block with enough space for that size. Keep the tracking link intact; these HTML banners are not downloadable social images.
Use the Dynamic link tool for other product and collection destinations. Specialized campaign links are available only where your account has access. Follow the terms of the campaign shown in your dashboard; a commission percentage in a link name is not a customer discount.
Use only offers supplied or confirmed by Grow Organic, with their stated dates and restrictions. Do not promise a personal discount code unless we have provided one in writing. Commissions and payments
The standard campaign pays 15% on qualifying referred sales. Private or special campaigns may have different rates and conditions; check your assigned campaign before promoting an offer.
We pay affiliates within 30 days for qualifying sales referred in the prior month. The minimum payout is $50, and you must refer at least two separate customers. Keep your account's payout details current.
For presold items, commission payments are issued within 60–90 days after the item has shipped and the transaction has been confirmed. Check each product page for current seasonal shipping information.
Program questions
Who can participate?
The program is open to U.S.-based affiliates only. Applications are reviewed before approval.
Will my account be deactivated after 90 days of inactivity?
No. We have removed the 90-day inactivity/deactivation policy. A lack of affiliate activity will not trigger deactivation of your affiliate account or a connected wholesale account under that former policy.
Do you offer free products for joining?
Free samples are not a signup benefit. Top-earning affiliates who earn over $100 in commissions per month qualify for seasonal product samples. Email us for current availability and details.
What should I share?
Useful growing advice, honest product experiences and relevant recommendations work well. If you have purchased from us before, your existing gardening content can be a starting point. Use current product listings for accurate claims; not every product is certified organic. Visit our Education Center for growing information.
How do I get help?
Email marketing@groworganic.com for login, tracking, commission, payment, product or promotional-material questions. Include your account email and the page or link you need help with. Never email your password.
