Pest Wizard Oriental Fruit Moth Lures selectively attract adult male Grapholita molesta for orchard monitoring. Larvae can injure shoots and fruit on peach, nectarine, apricot, plum, cherry, apple, pear, quince, and other hosts. The package contains three pheromone lures, each with an expected field life of up to 30 days. Monitoring defines adult flight periods but does not control larvae already inside plant tissue.

Keep sealed lures cool or frozen as directed and handle them with clean gloves or forceps. Install one lure in a Paper Delta Trap or Reusable Plastic Delta Trap, sold separately. Hang traps in the orchard canopy before expected spring flight, maintain a consistent height and location, and keep entrances clear of foliage. Label the date, inspect weekly or more often during critical periods, and record catches. Replace the lure at approximately 30 days and renew sticky liners when insects or dust limit adhesion. Interpret capture patterns with local degree-day guidance, then scout terminals and fruit for wilted shoots, entry sites, gum, or frass before selecting a response.
