Description

Purslane Greens is an annual heirloom with tender, succulent leaves and a tangy, slightly lemony flavor. The light green, oval leaves grow on golden stems and can be used fresh in salads or cooked in soups and sautés. Their naturally mucilaginous texture can also help add body to soups.
