Tasty, crisp and a civilised size

This is the same or similar to what I used to grow commercially (not in the USA) and used by a number of chefs in soups, salads and as a garnish. It has a flavoursome peppery taste and a crisp texture when raw. Add to salad seed sown communally in a tub and you will always have it available.
