Wasabi Arugula Seeds
Complex, Spicy Wasabi Taste All Season Long
A Bold Twist on Classic Greens
Wasabi Arugula Seeds produce vibrant, leafy greens with a bold, peppery flavor that closely mimics the heat of wasabi. Also known as arugula wasabi, this unique variety brings a spicy kick to salads, sandwiches, and garnishes. The wasabi arugula plant is fast-growing and easy to cultivate, making it a fun and flavorful addition to any home garden.
Quick-Growing and Productive
Ideal for spring and fall planting, wasabi arugula grows best in full sun to partial shade and well-draining soil. Seeds germinate quickly, and leaves can be harvested young for a milder bite or left to mature for maximum heat. The plants are cold-tolerant and suitable for succession planting, ensuring a steady supply of greens throughout the season.
Fresh Flavor with a Spicy Edge
The flavor of wasabi arugula is perfect for adventurous palates. Its crisp, zesty leaves add depth to fresh dishes and can even be lightly sautéed or wilted into warm meals. Whether grown in garden beds or containers, wasabi arugula seeds offer a simple and satisfying way to spice up your greens.

Planting & Care
Soil & Water:Keep seed bed consistently moist. Plant directly into well worked soil in full sun or a spot that receives partial afternoon shade.
Planting & Growing: Sow directly into well worked soil, one inch apart and barely cover. Remove edible flower stalks if they form so as not to diminish leaf quality.
Harvesting & Storage:Begin harvesting seedlings when several inches tall. Leave remaining seedlings to pick individual leaves when 3-4 inches long or snip entire rosette about 1 inch above the crown and let plants regrow for extended harvest. This variety stays leafy so you can use it all season. Extremes in heat increases pungent taste.
