Pest Wizard Yellow Sticky Card Trap, Large 4-Pack

Pest Wizard Large Yellow Sticky Card Traps provide broad visual monitoring for flying insects such as listed flies, thrips, leafhoppers, beetles, aphids, psyllids, sharpshooters, and olive fruit fly. Each 5.5-inch by 8-inch card is adhesive on both sides and printed with a grid to make counts easier. The package includes four cards and eight hangers; species-specific lures, when desired, are purchased separately.

Hang cards just above or within the crop canopy at a height appropriate to the target insect, keeping the adhesive clear of foliage, blossoms, fruit, irrigation spray, and people’s reach. Use clean gloves and handle by the margins. Number and date traps, then inspect on a consistent schedule and record counts by grid section or card. Raise placement as plants grow and replace cards when dust, debris, or captures obscure the counting area. Yellow cards may also catch beneficial insects, so avoid unnecessary use near hives, open flowers, or release sites for natural enemies. Trap counts reveal changes in adult activity; confirm the pest on plants and inspect immature stages before choosing a treatment.
