Pressure regulators reduce incoming water pressure to the operating range required by compatible drip tubing, drip tape, emitterline, or soaker hose. Select the specified outlet PSI, supported flow range, maximum inlet pressure, and hose- or pipe-thread connection. A regulator cannot compensate for every supply or layout problem.

Measure or confirm source conditions before selecting components, and install filtration where required. Pair a regulator with an appropriate irrigation filter, then use the drip irrigation resources to check component order and system compatibility.
