Handy Tool for Moving Straw or Compost

Description

The Corona five-tine manure fork is built for lifting and moving dense, damp materials around barns, compost areas, and gardens. Its forged and tempered steel head has five oval tines that provide lifting strength for manure, straw, compost, bedding, and planting mix. The 54-inch American ash handle provides reach, with an overall tool length of approximately 66 inches.

  • Five oval forged-steel tines
  • Head measures about 9.5 by 12.25 inches
  • 54-inch American ash handle
  • Suitable for lifting and broadcasting loose materials

Use the fork for materials the tines can enter cleanly rather than prying rocks, compacted soil, or frozen piles. Keep both hands on the handle, maintain stable footing, and lift manageable loads to reduce strain. After working with manure or wet compost, remove residue and dry the steel head before storage. Periodically inspect the handle for cracks or splinters and check that the head remains securely seated. Store under cover to extend the life of the wood and steel.
