Fiskars Brush Axe and Saw

The Fiskars Brush Axe and Saw combines a hooked cutting blade with a coarse saw edge for clearing shoots, fibrous stems, vines, brambles, and small woody branches. Its nine-inch hardened-steel blade has a low-friction, rust-resistant coating, while the contoured grip uses varied texture to improve control. A nylon carrying sheath is included, and the tool measures approximately 18 inches overall.

Clear the work area before swinging or pulling the blade and maintain ample distance from other people, animals, fencing, and irrigation lines. Cut away from the body with controlled strokes; do not use the tool as a pry bar or strike rocks, wire, or soil. Wear eye protection, gloves, sturdy footwear, and other protection appropriate for dense brush. After use, remove sap and moisture, inspect the edge and handle, and return the tool to its sheath. Store it securely where the cutting edges cannot be contacted accidentally.
