Description
Description
FoxFarm Ocean Forest Potting Soil is a 1.5-cubic-foot, ready-to-use growing medium for containers, transplants, and raised-bed projects. The blend combines aged forest products, sphagnum peat moss, sandy loam, earthworm castings, bat guano, crab meal, and fish emulsion. Its texture is intended to provide both moisture retention and air space around roots.
The product record lists an adjusted pH range of 6.3 to 6.8. Fill a clean container with adequate drainage, set the plant at the appropriate depth, and water thoroughly after planting. Irrigation and supplemental fertility should be adjusted to the crop, container size, weather, and stage of growth rather than applied on a fixed schedule.

Love everything about this mix, cute packaging too :)
Happy plants happy people
A great, well balanced soil. I really like it for transplanting.
it's my go to for the last few years
I have different requirements for my soil depending on the plants. I use Happy Frog for my landscape plants, Roots Organics or Coco Loco for my medicines. For my veggie garden I use Ocean Forest. The fish and Crab meal give my tomato plants the boost they need to live their best life. The soil is light and airy with plenty of food in it.
I used this soil to amend my perennial garden. I like the light texture and so far my flowers are flourishing and I haven’t noticed any volunteer weeds that other soil mixes sometimes cause. Peaceful Valley also has it priced better than competitors.
