This book is incredibly accessible and educational -- and impressively detailed! Totally dedicated to organic and sustainable small-scale farming. It's perhaps more than the average backyard farmer needs, but it offered us really excellent education that I know we'll carry across all my organic veg gardening projects!

Botany can be a boring read, however Growing Great Garlic makes the growing of garlic entertaining and informative. If you have never grown garlic and want to know how, this is the book for you.

I loved this book. Known about the book for a few garlic growing seasons, but hadn't had a chance to read it for myself. Great reference book for anyone growing garlic.
