Lady's Mantle Seeds (Organic)

Nice Mounding Ground Cover

Lady’s Mantle seeds produce hardy, herbaceous perennials known for their distinctive scalloped leaves and chartreuse flower clusters. Ideal for cottage gardens and medicinal herb beds, this old-world plant is appreciated for both its ornamental beauty and traditional herbal use. The soft, velvety foliage is especially attractive when edged with dew in the early morning light, adding a magical touch to shaded or partially sunny borders.

Start Lady’s Mantle seeds indoors in early spring or sow directly in cool soil outdoors. Plants prefer rich, moist, well-drained soil and partial sun but are adaptable to various conditions once established. After germination, thin or transplant seedlings to allow for 12 to 18 inches between mature plants. In the second year, they produce airy yellow-green flowers that attract pollinators and make long-lasting additions to bouquets and dried arrangements. Traditionally, Lady’s Mantle has been used in European herbal medicine as a gentle astringent and tonic herb, especially in women’s health applications.
