Soil & Water:Prefers full sun and regular garden soil.
Planting & Growing:Sow in the Spring in pots, or directly in the garden. Barely cover seed with soil and tamp firmly. Keep moist until germination (about 1 - 2 weeks). Thin or transplant to about 3' apart.

The cute packaging caught my eye first. I love you can open it up sprinkle in the seeds you need to use, and then close it up for another time. It is compact and cute. I am eager to harvest my greens.

I have been ordering shallots from Grow Organic for a couple of years now. I had some problems with the shallots, I have to say they have the best customer service.
