Mustard Greens - Tatsoi - Brassica navinosa

Hardy Annual Heirloom. Tatsoi is a Chinese non-heading mustard, a great green to add to salad or stir-fry. Dark, round spoon-shaped leaves grow on broad, tender, crisp white stalks, with a large celery-like base. They have a tangy, mild mustard flavor.

Did You Know? For baby greens, sow thickly and scissor-harvest at 3" to 4" tall.
