Organic Broccoli Sprouting Seeds

Mild, peppery sprouts in about 5 days.

Organic Broccoli Sprouting Seeds produce crisp, tender sprouts with a mild, slightly peppery flavor. Use them in salads, sandwiches, wraps, or as a garnish. The seeds can be grown in a wide-mouth jar or a suitable sprouting tray.

Sprouting: Rinse 1–2 tablespoons of seed, then soak for only 1–2 hours and drain very well. Rinse with cool, potable water twice daily and drain thoroughly after each rinse. Sprouts are generally ready in 4–5 days. One tablespoon of dry seed yields about 1 cup of sprouts under typical conditions.

Microgreens: Broccoli may also be grown as microgreens and is typically ready in 7–10 days, depending on the method and growing conditions.

Storage: Keep dry seed sealed in a cool, dry place; refrigeration can help extend germination life. Refrigerate finished sprouts after they are well drained and use them promptly. Always use clean equipment. For more choices, browse our sprouting seeds.
