Secure and No Leaking

This Power Loc starter has never leaked and remains securely in place.
One time, I ran out of this part when expanding my irrigation and I had to buy a different brand at a local shop nearby. The competing brand leaks no matter what you do to fit it on the spigot. I returned them and bought more of these Power Locs.

Excellent product.

Easy to use no fighting to put on the poly tubing.

Great product, not idiot proof

I have to admit I felt pretty dumb after struggling to get this on the emitterline I bought with it. Turns out there are two ways to conceptually install this.
1) You unthread the nut off the PowerLoc and on to the Emitterline, then press on the Emitter line to the barb end of the PowerLoc and attempt to thread the nut again. THIS IS WRONG.
2) Tighten the nut all the way down to the base of the PowerLoc, as if you were tightening it. Then press on the Emitterline and "unthread" the nut towards the Emitterline, it will cinch tight and the Emitterline isn't going to budge.

Wanted to share in the hopes this helps someone

Essential irrigation part. Be sure to plan out your system because it is easy to forget these small parts!

Best connectors for poly

these power-loc fittings are easy to work with and tight fitting. Far better than those compression fittings. A little more money, but well worth it.
