Growing Organic Soybean Edamame
Planting Season: Organic Soybean Edamame seeds are typically planted in the spring, once the soil temperature has reached a consistent 60°F (15°C) or higher. This ensures optimal germination and growth.
Soil Requirements: Edamame plants thrive in well-drained, fertile soil with a pH level between 6.0 and 6.8. It's essential to provide them with full sun exposure for at least 6-8 hours a day.
Planting Depth: Plant the seeds about 1 inch deep, spaced approximately 2-3 inches apart within rows. Leave 18-24 inches between rows to allow for adequate growth and airflow.
Watering and Maintenance: Edamame plants require consistent moisture throughout the growing season. Water them evenly and avoid letting the soil dry out completely. Applying a layer of mulch can help retain moisture and control weeds.
Harvesting: Edamame pods are ready for harvest when they are plump and firm. This typically occurs 70-90 days after planting. Harvest by gently pulling the pods from the plant. To maintain their freshness and flavor, blanch the harvested edamame in boiling water for a few minutes and then cool them in an ice bath.

Edamame is tough to grow in the high-clay soils in my area, many fail. This year they are doing well.
We have purchased products from here before and have always been satisfied. The seeds we have planted for our summer garden have already to started to sprout. Can’t wait till they grow a little bigger and it warms up enough to plant them in our outside garden.
I could not find edamame locally and was very pleased to find it here. Cannot wait to plant it in the spring. Quick shipment and great transaction
These grew like crazy. I did not have any issues with germination, although they were a little slow to come up. They are loaded with beans this summer!
Planted 2 packs of these beans in my garden on 3/3/16. Today is 3/29/16 and to date, only 11 beans have sprouted. Each pack supposedly contains 25 seeds so I planted around 50 seeds so just about a 22% germination rate. Very disappointed.

from 9231 reviewsThe cute packaging caught my eye first. I love you can open it up sprinkle in the seeds you need to use, and then close it up for another time. It is compact and cute. I am eager to harvest my greens.
One of my favorites to grow…always get a good yield out of this one and the flavor is just…YUM!
I received these in August and they have braved the heat of the past 2 months. I have continued to water them to ensure they live. One tree looks much better than the other, although I see buds ready for next year on both. I can't wait for spring to see blooms, leaves and branches to begin.
huge bulbs made up of huge cloves; perfect quality for planting - very firm and paper in tact.
My order was prompt and just what I expected.
I purchased Elephant and Music garlic bulbs to plant in my zone 7 garden. They arrived as firm, healthy bulbs.
