Moss Curled Parsley is a visually stunning and highly flavorful herb that adds both beauty and taste to your garden and kitchen. This variety is characterized by its finely curled, lush green leaves, which are both decorative and practical. The mild, sweet flavor of Moss Curled Parsley makes it ideal for garnishes, salads, and soups, while its tender texture ensures it blends seamlessly into a wide variety of dishes. Thriving in full sun to partial shade and well-draining soil, Moss Curled Parsley matures in about 70-80 days. Easy to grow and low-maintenance, Moss Curled Parsley is an excellent choice for both novice and experienced gardeners. Its combination of visual appeal, delicate flavor, and versatility makes it a staple in any herb garden or culinary collection.

Parsley - Moss Curled - Petroselinum crispum

Biennial Double curled, ruffled leaves adorn 10" stems. Moss curled has a milder flavor than the flat leaf type. Parsley makes an attractive garnish. Eat as a natural breath freshener.

Did You Know? Parsley is rich in vitamins A, C, several Bs, and calcium and iron.

Soil & Water: Parsley prefers loose, moderately fertile soil with plenty of added organic matter. Water lightly.

Planting & Growing: Start seeds indoors 2-4 weeks before the last frost, or sow seed directly just before the last frost. Germination is slow. Presoaking seeds can increase rate and yield of germination.

Harvesting & Storage: Harvest leaves and stems once they are large enough. Parsley flavor improves with successive cuttings. You can also harvest the whole plant, cutting at the soil level, and it will regrow. Pot up a plant for indoor, winter production.

Organic Parsley, Moss Curled

Super healthy seeds. They sprouted in abundance and on time. Starting out with vigorous growth. I cant wait to harvest and dehydrate for winter use.

Parsley, Moss Curled

I’ve always been pleased with Peaceful Valley seed packets. They have a generous amount of seed in each packet, with good germination rates. This packet has the same high quality as previous seed packets.

Very tasty variety

Moss Curled Parsley is very tasty and aromatic if grown with plenty of water and shade, and it gets very prolific (I live in the Arizona desert with 115 summer temperatures, and the parsley does fine in a shadehouse). Very nice for garnishes and salads. To keep from bolting, harvest regularly and pinch out seed stalks; mulch for weed control (https://www.groworganic.com/tacksak-straw-mulch-bagged-bale.html).
