Rootrainer® Tinus Kit

Rootrainer Tinus Kit combines five support trays with 50 reusable Tinus book-style cell units for propagating tree and shrub seedlings. Each cell opens along its side, allowing growers to inspect root development and remove the finished plug without pulling it from a rigid, closed container. The format is intended for organized nursery, forestry, and native-plant work.

Fill the cells evenly with an appropriate propagation medium, sow or transplant according to the crop, and place each book securely in its support tray. Irrigation frequency should be adjusted to the cell volume, medium, crop stage, and growing conditions. Check moisture across the entire tray because edge cells can dry differently from the center.
