As long as it does what it says it does, I'm happy. So far, it does.

Excellent. Wasn't sure how quickly this would work. 3-4 days and first leaves emerged for most seeds.

Heat mats really sped up and improve my germination. The construction of the mat is quality and doesn't feel chinzy at all. I've used it for two seasons now and I often get germination after only three days. Dramatically improved the germination rates of peppers and tomatoes, which I've done with and without a heat mat. In the off season the mat works great for rising bread dough!
