Bone Meal Steamed 3-15-0 (25 lb)
Good Source of Phosphorus and Calcium
Steamed bone meal is a time-tested organic soil amendment valued for its high phosphorus and calcium content, both essential for strong root development, vibrant blooms, and overall plant health. Ideal for flowering plants, trees, ornamentals, bulbs, garlic, and onions, this natural fertilizer supports long-lasting nutrient release, making it a staple in any organic gardener’s toolkit. The gentle, slow-release formulation ensures plants receive steady nutrition without the risk of burning.
Phosphorus encourages abundant flowering and fruiting, while calcium strengthens cell walls, improving plant structure and resilience. This amendment is especially beneficial during planting, transplanting, and bloom cycles. For bulbs, simply add 1 tablespoon per planting hole to promote robust root growth and more vigorous blooms. In larger planting areas, apply at a rate of 5 lb per 100 sq ft or 250–2000 lb per acre for agricultural applications.
Bone meal is derived from carefully processed, steamed animal bones, ensuring a clean, natural source of nutrients free from synthetic additives. Incorporating it into garden beds or orchard soil builds long-term fertility, improving both productivity and plant vitality season after season.
