Compensating Emitter - Green (2 gph)
Delivers Uniform Flows Despite Fluctuating Pressure
The Compensating Emitter - Green (2 GPH) is designed to deliver consistent and reliable water flow in irrigation systems experiencing variable pressure conditions. Whether you're watering sloped areas, long tubing runs, or uneven terrain, this emitter ensures that each plant receives a uniform 2 gallons per hour—no matter where it's placed in the system.
This pressure-compensating emitter features a large internal flow path that resists clogging and a self-flushing mechanism that activates during depressurization to help keep the emitter clean. It also includes an integrated check valve to prevent backflow and siphoning, improving system efficiency and minimizing water waste. Its barbed ends allow for quick installation into either 1/2" or 1/4" poly tubing, offering flexibility in system design.
Key features and benefits of the Compensating Emitter – Green (2 GPH) include:
- Delivers a consistent 2 GPH output from 15 to 50 psi.

I must have misunderstood what to expect from this emitter, but the stream of water dug holes in the soil around my plants. Perhaps there is another application that will work better for this part.
