Tree Growing Containers - Treepots (Short)
For Budding, Grafting and Deep Seedlings
Excellent for budding, grafting, and starting larger seedlings, these unique, deep, narrow containers are designed to promote superior root development. Made from durable plastic in a square design, they allow 20% more root growth, create a deep root system, and require less growing space. Vertical training ribs prevent spiraling, while the slotted bottom drainage ensures optimal moisture management. The Short Treepot measures 3" wide x 9.5" tall and is also available in a Tall version for even greater root depth.
Ideal for orchard trees, native plant propagation, and woody ornamentals, these containers encourage roots to grow downward rather than circling—resulting in healthier, more transplant-ready plants. Their sturdy construction withstands repeated use, making them a sustainable choice for organic and sustainable growing practices. The square profile maximizes growing space efficiency in greenhouses, nurseries, or small-scale operations.

Sturdy, exactly like ones I already have. Perfect.
No lightweight nonsense here! These are the one of the industry standards in tree pots and they have become our go to on the tree farm. You will find lightweight look-a-likes out there, but most only serve one time use. These have held up for years and been used multiple times in some cases.
Growing white oaks from acorns. I could not believe how fast the roots grow. A friend gave me some acorns and Short pots and the roots look like a bunch of angel hair spaghetti. I love these pots. Next time I will probably buy the deeper pots.
Good for rooting fig cuttings. I have a bunch of these in a plastic storage bin for my cuttings. The black surface can get a little hot when left in the sun so I cover it with a paper bag. Works great!
These were exactly what I have been looking for! This type of pot is hard to come by and it is perfect for starting cuttings and small trees. A most have for fig and pomegranate cuttings. A good product at an even better price, especially if you are looking to buy in bulk like I was!
