Yellowjacket Attractant Cartridge 10-week

The Yellowjacket Attractant Cartridge is a replacement lure for the compatible reusable yellowjacket trap. It releases an odor formulated to attract listed yellowjacket queens and workers for up to ten weeks, depending on weather and package directions. The cartridge is not a complete trap and is not intended to be opened or applied directly to surfaces, food, or a nest.

Confirm trap compatibility before purchase. Wearing gloves, install the sealed cartridge exactly as shown in the trap instructions and hang the assembled trap outdoors away from occupied patios, doors, play areas, livestock, hives, food service, and routine foot traffic. Position it where yellowjackets have been observed without blocking the trap entrances. Mark the installation date and inspect from a distance. Service or empty the trap only when activity is low and according to the manufacturer’s precautions. Replace the cartridge at ten weeks or sooner if the directions require. Yellowjacket behavior and species vary by region, and this attractant does not substitute for professional removal of a nest in a wall, ground opening, or other hazardous location.
