Zenport Vine & Branch Clip, Small

The small Zenport Vine and Branch Clip opens with a pinch and closes around a compatible stem and plant support. Its one-half-inch steel ring with spring mechanism is suited to smaller vines and early-season stems that fit inside the closed clip without being compressed. Use it with stakes, cages, trellises, or wires for tomatoes, grapes, cucumbers, berry canes, and similar crops.

Place the clip around the support and chosen stem while leaving room for movement and diameter growth. Avoid fastening across flowers, fruit clusters, graft unions, or tender growing tips. Because young stems can enlarge quickly, inspect clips frequently and remove or reposition them before the ring becomes restrictive.
