Replace the lure after 8 weeks (and again after 16 weeks, for fall harvested apples), and replace the trap as needed.

Codling moth trap kit

I'm looking forward to hanging these traps this year, using the recommended sprays and getting a pest free crop of apples next year.

Great product

I've used the codling moth trap kits on both of my dwarf apple trees. Last spring & again this spring. Living in Arizona, we don't have harsh winters, so we have insects year around. I have not had a problem with damaged apples. I really like these traps.

Codling Moth Traps

At the end of the season there were some insects that looked like moths stuck the the trap. My apples seemed a little less eaten up. I ordered the traps again this year hoping for even more improvement.
