Description
Description
Hortonova Trellis (4' x 50') is white, UV-resistant polypropylene trellis mesh sized 4 feet x 50 feet long with approximately 6 x 6 inches openings. The lightweight netting can be attached to posts, frames, or other upright supports with plant ties or clips, then used vertically for climbing crops or horizontally in layers for stem support.
Trellising can improve access to light and air while keeping vines and developing fruit off the soil. Install the support structure before plants become difficult to handle, stretch the netting evenly, and fasten it at enough points to carry the expected crop load. Guide new growth through the openings as needed rather than forcing stems into position.

Nice height and good amount for home raised beds
Some popular books about raising long-stemmed flowers for cutting -- e.g., dianthus, asters, eustoma (lisianthus) -- recommend this, secured posts or a frame, as a horizontal framework to grow the long stems up through, keeping them straight. That's my intended use. Groworganic.com is the only source I could find for smaller amounts, more suited to the small home garden than large-scale grow operations. So, thank you, Grow Organic!
Fairly easy to use, seems very sturdy, but does need good support stakes and ties . Use ideas from peaceful valley on ties and supports before you begin,
