Monterey Neem Oil 70% Concentrate is a neem-oil formulation labeled for use as an insecticide, fungicide, and miticide on specified crops, ornamentals, and other listed sites. Review it for label-listed problems such as aphids, mites, scale, whiteflies, powdery mildew, rust, scab, and certain other pests and diseases.
Identify the pest or disease and confirm that both the plant or site and target appear on the current label before mixing. Thorough coverage is important for contact activity. Follow the label’s rates, intervals, temperature limits, plant-sensitivity precautions, and restrictions involving stressed plants or other spray products. Test a small area when plant sensitivity is uncertain.

- Fungicide Use: Use 2 Tbl per gallon and apply every 7-14 days.
- Insecticide/Miticide Use: Apply at first sign of insects/mites. 70% NEEM OIL is most effective when applied every 7 to 14 days. For heavy insect populations, spray on a 7 day schedule. Use 2-4 Tbl per gallon.
