Peaceful Valley Organic General Livestock Irrigated Pasture Mix is a made-to-order certified organic forage blend for irrigated, moderate- to high-fertility pasture below approximately 3,000 feet. It combines tall fescue, intermediate and annual ryegrasses, and orchardgrass with alfalfa, red clover, and white clover for forage diversity, ground coverage, and biological nitrogen fixation.

Earlier narrative copy named perennial ryegrass and meadow brome, which are not included in the listed formulation. The actual components are organic tall fescue, organic intermediate ryegrass, organic orchardgrass, organic alfalfa, organic red clover, organic white clover, and organic annual ryegrass.

Plant in spring or late summer into a firm, weed-free seedbed with reliable irrigation. Drill for the most consistent placement; broadcast seed should be lightly incorporated or rolled. Allow seedlings to become firmly rooted before grazing, then use rotational management and recovery periods to maintain stand density. Because the blend contains alfalfa and clovers, normal livestock-bloat precautions are appropriate.

• Application rate: Drill at 25 lb per acre; broadcast at 30 lb per acre
• Inoculant: No additional inoculant is normally needed; the legume seed is Nitrocoated with compatible inoculant.
