Great germination

Everything was sowed right after we recieved the seeds, I think we got practically 99.9% germination, as everything is about 1.5" high!

Love this native wildflower mix!

I planted this mix years ago at my house in Carmichael, and had a riot of color in my front yard. Now I’m in East Sacramento and wanted to fill in some blank spots in my front flowerbeds after we removed a bunch of annoying weed fabric. To get this much beauty from simply sprinkling seeds on bare ground is really rewarding. Some species did better than others, but I think that has more to do with my flat lot and clay soil. I look forward to trying some of the other native mixes as well! More wildflowers… less weed fabric!

They never arrived.

Abundant, colorful blooms

I’ve had a really high success rate with these seeds in zone 9b, Oak Park, Sacramento, where I’m attempting to create sustainable, healthy ecosystems for native species-right here, on abandoned patches of ground in the neighborhood. Thankful for 2022’s April showers - and to Peaceful Valley Farm & Garden Supply for the high quality seeds
