Description
Description
Trowbridge's Grafting Wax provides a pliable seal for graft unions and exposed plant tissue on fruit trees, ornamentals, and shrubs. The eight-ounce jar is suited to multiple grafting sessions or work that requires more coverage than a small container. The wax forms a temporary barrier that helps limit moisture loss around the prepared union.
Begin with clean cuts and compatible plant material, secure the graft according to the chosen method, and apply an even coat where sealing is needed. Avoid covering buds or active shoots unnecessarily. Wax is one part of the process; graft timing, plant condition, tool sanitation, alignment, and aftercare also affect results.

Was easy to use on the graft I’ll know when it buds!
I just got this so don't know how it works long term. It seems to be a good consistency and I'll try to remember to comment in a couple of months on how it worked out in the WA rain.
