Corona 36-inch Hi-Performance Orchard Loppers provide additional reach and leverage for orchard and landscape pruning. Lightweight elliptical aluminum handles carry forged-steel bypass blades, including a replaceable, resharpenable dual-arc blade and a slant-ground hook with a deep sap groove. The manufacturer rates this model for branches up to 2.25 inches in diameter.

The longer handles are useful for reaching into tree canopies while remaining on the ground, but they are not a substitute for a pole pruner or climbing equipment. Position the branch fully in the blade, keep balanced footing, and make controlled cuts within the listed capacity. Avoid twisting or side-loading the handles, which can strain the pivot and cutting edges. For overhead work, stay clear of falling branches and surrounding wires. Remove sap after pruning, lubricate the pivot lightly, and store the loppers closed in a dry location.
