Description
Peaceful Valley High Rainfall Reseeding Mix is a custom pasture and soil-building blend selected for areas with dependable seasonal rainfall. Subclovers and other clovers provide reseeding legume growth, while Berber orchardgrass contributes durable grass coverage and a fibrous root system.
- Contains: Gosse Subclover, Antas Subclover, Denmark Subclover, Nitro Persian Clover, Balansa Clover, and Berber Orchardgrass
- Application rate: 22–25 lb per acre drilled or approximately 25 lb per acre broadcast
- Plant height: Approximately 24–48 inches at maturity; the stand may remain shorter under grazing or mowing
- Seed treatment: All clover components are Nitrocoated. Berber orchardgrass is uncoated.
- Inoculant: No additional inoculant is needed for the Nitrocoated clovers. Orchardgrass is a nonlegume and does not use Rhizobium inoculant.
- Uses: High-rainfall pasture, seasonal forage, soil coverage, organic-matter production, and erosion protection
