Soil & Water: Soil should be finely worked n full sun. Maintain even moisture. After harvesting, water well and fertilize lightly to promote re-growth for several more cuttings.

Planting & Growing: In cool early spring, sow seeds by broadcasting evenly over bed about 1/2 inch apart or in wide rows. Cover lightly and evenly with 1/4 inch of fine soil and firm gently. Water with a fine spray and maintain moisture.

Harvesting & Storage: When leaves are 6-7 inches tall, cut as much as you can use, using scissors to shear off about 1-2 inches above soil level.

Gorgeous Pak Choi

I got almost 100% germination and the seedlings were strong and healthy. I used Quickroot to make soil blocks and I didn't lose any to damping off. The plants are doing wonderfully and taste great!
