I recently received the 8 ft. aluminum orchard ladder and am very pleased. The shipping was prompt, but expensive. I am so glad i purchased this ladder. I was afraid it would feel tippy and insecure, but exactly the opposite. It feels very secure and safe. Much more so than the stepladder I have been using. I have started trimming my 8 foot hedge and am so happy to be able to do it myself safely rather than paying someone.

This ladder is built very well and sturdy. It is lightweight making moving and carrying easy. I use it for all ladder needs other than just for my orchard.

I have owned a 14' orchard ladder for years. It is convenient when I need to get up high. But, it is so big that I can't get it under the tree canopy when I need to. Also, it is a little unwieldy when I need to carry it around. I finally sprung for an 8' ladder. It was a great decision, as I use it all the time for my smaller trees and other odd jobs. I am glad I have both ladders, because they work for different situations. These aluminum ladders are really well made and feel very sturdy when you climb them.
