Amish Paste Tomato Seeds (Organic)
Amish Paste Tomato Seeds (Organic)
Rich flavor, meaty texture.
Amish Paste Tomato is a favorite heirloom variety known for its large, meaty fruit and robust, sweet flavor. These deep red, plum-shaped tomatoes typically weigh 8-12 ounces and have few seeds, making them ideal for sauces, salsas, and canning. Thriving in full sun and nutrient-rich, well-draining soil, Amish Paste Tomato plants are indeterminate, meaning they produce fruit continuously throughout the growing season. Maturing in 80-85 days, the plants are vigorous and require staking or caging for support as they grow. This heirloom variety is prized not only for its rich flavor but also for its versatility, performing equally well in cooked dishes and fresh salads. Its high yields and dependable performance make it a favorite among gardeners and chefs alike. Whether you’re preserving your harvest for winter or enjoying it fresh off the vine, Amish Paste Tomato delivers exceptional quality and taste.

I\'ve been a groworganic.com customer for a few years now. They always provide first rate product and service. The website is easy to use and complete your purchase.
I have been growing these for a few years now as the tomatoes for my spaghetti sauce and stewed tomatoes, etc. I love the larger size that makes peeling less of a chore. They render down nicely for sauce. I'm in zone 4 so shorter summers but these do great, huge plants with lots of fruit!
This was a nice productive tomato and the fruit was quite large for a paste tomato which was nice. I did have a little trouble with the tomatoes being hollow, but I think that has to do with the growing conditions more than the variety.
