If Germination Is Lower Than Expected
If you experience materially lower-than-expected germination under suitable planting conditions, please contact Customer Service. Include your order number, the seed lot information printed on the packet, the planting date, and a description of the planting conditions so our team can review the issue.
Each report is reviewed using the available order, lot, and planting information. Germination support does not cover seedling or plant loss after germination from weather, pests, disease, irrigation, soil conditions, or other factors outside the seed itself.
